This establishment is absolutely worth driving in for—a guaranteed great experience! The service is exceptional, the drinks are tasty, and the food is great. What truly sets them apart is the management: the owners are active, on the floor, and happy to ensure your table is having a wonderful time. First time in Zionsville for dinner and the drive was short coming from downtown Indy. It was a cold night and we were able to find parking right by the back door. The first impression was interesting because it looks like a house but inside is a spacious restaurant with a honky-tonk vibe. Decor had a southwest color scheme. The hostess was welcoming. We were served with the Winter Devour 3 course menu: 1 appetizer, 1 entree, and 1 dessert for $25, plus $6 Margaritas. I had 2 mini chemistry, a burrito bowel and we all had the State Fair Nachos. The food was plentiful, flavorful and hot. Last but not least, consider reservation during peak hours. We will return!

Worth driving in for! Exceptional service, tasty drinks, fun menu, and great food! Take a minute to read the menu details (hint: the fine print will bring you joy!) Live music was good, not TOO loud. Owners are active, on the floor and happy to ensure your table will have a great experience.

This place is amazing! I truly love the ambience and feel of Salty Cowboy. The service was great and very attentive to me and my wife's needs. The guacamole was to die for! Furthermore, the Cluck'n Mango and Al Pastor Tacos felt authentic and hit close to home! I will definitely be returning with my whole family!

The Mahi tacos were very hard/firm and extra fishy tasting. The corn empanada was amazing. The nachos with steak etc were amazing. They very carefully made kids quesadilla with loght cheese for my kid. The al pastor taco tastes and has texture like chicken.... so very mixed experience. The waitress was kind, prompt and friendly. The margaritas were amazing.

Our server Ava was fabulous. The Halloween margarita (complete with edible eyeball) was delicious as was the food. Fun and festive combined with good food for a good price.

Let me preface. If I could give a 4.5/5, I absolutely would. The service wasn't bad, but it was incredibly slow--two hours by the time we entered and left. I got to check this place out on a work trip... The food was incredible (apart from the chicken nachos--they were good... But compared to the rest of the items we got, sub-par). That said, the bites were incredible. Get the Bazooka Jane.
